9 Tips on Using a Small Wood CNC Router Machine

How to correctly use a small CNC wood router machine?Below are 9 tips for your reference:
1. After confirm the engraving position,you should return X Y Z to zero. 
2.Adjust the engraving speed and travel speed for spindle,in case that the bits broken because the speed too fast or too slow .
3. When doing automatic tool-setting,pls note that knife block must be isolated from the platform of the small wood cnc machine.
4. When engraving the materials,slow down the travel speed if not sure whether it’s right or afraid of mistakes,or engrave it in the idle,do not put any materials on the working platform,and check if it work normal or not.
5. If do not use the mini cnc wood machine regularly,pls make the machine spin every week,     ensure the flexibility Of the drive system.
6. Working time for Small woodworking cnc machine should less than 10 hours per day, be sure that the cooling water is clean and normal operation for pump.
7.Each time when you finish engraving progress by using the small cnc wood carving machine, Please remember to clean it,clean up the dust on the platform and drive system, add  lubricating oil periodical
