5 Pieces Basic Information for Our China CO2 Laser Engraving Machine.

1. What is the maximum depth of laser tube in 40W, 50W, 60W? 
Take acrylic for an example, the cutting depth of 40W laser tube  at full power is 3 to 4 millimeters while 50W is 4 or 5 millimeters and 60W CO2 laser engraving machine can get high to 10  millimeters. 

2. Why we need  the air pump to get the temperature of engraving area down?
When a CO2 laser engraver machine is working,  the temperature of the area is being engraving will get higher and higher, in case of fire,  a high quality CO2 laser engraving machine should be equipped with a air pump, and this air pump  produces cool air continuously to get the temperature down to make sure no fire will happen. 
And also this device can prevent high temperature of the Laser and prolong the laser life.  

3. What the positioning red light can do when use a CO2 laser cutting machine? 

Actually,  the positioning red light and the laser head are fastened together and move together during work. When testing the laser to adjust the red cursor and laser spot to coincide together. 
And the positioning red light is used to decide the engraving point  where to begin the engraving. 
4. Why we need an open cover protection? 
As we know, the emitted laser will do harm to human body if we open the cover of a working CO2 laser engraver.  So we need an open cover protection , once we open the cover of the machine, the machine will stop power supplying.
